FAQ's

How can you offer such great boat dive rates?

We operate our own custom dive boat. No need to reserve "seats" on charter boats, that's $30 of instant saving which you'll pay with some other dive companies.

How many divers are on the dive boat?

Our custom dive boat "Submariner" is Coast Guard Certified to safely transport 12 divers per trip. We limit our dive group to 6 divers per instructor.

Do I have to be certified to scuba?

The beginner dive tour is perfect for someone who wants to try scuba diving without a license. The only requirements are that you be able to swim and be comfortable in water.

How old do you have to be in order to dive?

You have to be at least 10 years old to dive and be able to carry 30 pounds on your back.

Will I get motion sickness on the boat?

Seasickness affects everyone differently. If you've never been on the ocean, it's probably a good idea to take some form of motion sickness remedy such as Dramamine or Bonine before your dive trip.

What's the rules for flying on a commercial airline and scuba diving?

You cannot not fly for at least 12 hours after your last dive. But you can dive right after a flight.

Can non-divers come along for the ride on the boat?

Snorkelers and riders can come on the boat. Because a reserved seat is taken, there is a $35 charge.

How far in advance should I make reservation?

Ideally, dive reservations should be made at least 3 days in advance. However, we take reservations as short as 12 hours in advance.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Our policy is 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Please plan and reserve your dive schedules accordingly. Cancellation or changes made less than 24 hours in advance will incur all charges.
